Focused, in-person instruction at Granite Mountain Training in Prescott. Attendance at every scheduled class and lab is required.

Hands-On Skills

Learn infection prevention, patient identification, equipment selection, order of draw, venipuncture, capillary collection, labeling, and specimen handling.

Course Completion

Students who meet all attendance, skills, live-collection, and testing requirements receive a Granite Mountain Training course-completion certificate.

Live Collection Requirements

Document at least 30 successful venipunctures and 10 successful capillary or finger sticks on live individuals during authorized, supervised training.

NHA CPT Exam Preparation

This program is designed to prepare students for the NHA Certified Phlebotomy Technician exam. NHA independently determines exam eligibility and awards certification.

Enrollment Information

Build practical phlebotomy skills through focused, in-person training in Prescott, Arizona. Over 3 weeks, students complete 32 contact hours of classroom instruction, simulation, supervised laboratory practice, and live blood collections.

Attendance at every scheduled class and lab is required. Students must complete all skills, live-collection, and testing requirements to earn a Granite Mountain Training course-completion certificate.
